Suh two people meet. Dem at different points in their lives. Like him a go back to school, while she a climb di corporate ladder, or she is ready to settle down and make babies, but his career started later in life and wants to enjoy the money he is making for a year or two. Or any other combo of lives going in diff directions.
The couple has a good relationship, but then they get to the point where they can't ignore/put off the differences any longer. They decide to split, giving each other a year or two to do their thing, but leave the door open for a possible rekindling of the relationship.
I know I have seen many a love story movie where they do sync back up. But is it practical or likely that something like this can really work out in real life.
He is going to Ohio to work on his PHD. She has a good paying federal job in Florida. They opt not to do the long distance relationship, but take a break. He plans to return to FLA when he is done, and he hopes to get back with her at that time.
Maybe if me membah in two years time, me might post the outcome. But what are the odds?
