Well, I hope to God that this letter is fake, but the reality is that lots of this does go on &gt;shudder&lt;, and by immediately announcing it as fake, shows we basically can't deal with this issue and therefore keeps it taboo, and therefore making it that much harder for victims to speak out and get help....

it suddenly made me think of a bizarre case that came up in Germany last year or so of a brother and sister separated at birth, who met up as teens/young adults, fell in love and now have kids together.....

I suspect that this woman feels trapped. Maybe no way to financially provide for herself, and scared.

Yes, Steve responded. He said that this was a really terrible situation she was in, and advised the woman to get out of the life NOW, because she should have left long before now (from before she had the first kid). He was really mad, and stated that the brother was no kind of man, and called him a few choice names. He said, he would like to have some one-and-one time with the brother to kick his, you know what, for pimping his little sister.

Steve, felt that this was out of his expertise, but recommended that she find a church for help, or get some kind of professional counseling.
