My coworker's been dating Abe for about three years on and off, until about a year ago, she told him that he should either stop doing favors for his ex or it is over. She ended it when she found a bill that he paid for her.

Fast forward to Labor Day weekend last year when they met up on the parkway. The boy was all over her. She had to literally beat him off up and down Eastern Parkway.

Anyway, she's been avoiding him big time because he was "feeling too hot, hot, hot" and she thinks she was not ready for another whirlwind relationship with him. She got with him that night and then been ignoring his texts and phone calls and avoiding him since.

Last Saturday, she run into a mutual friend who told her that she was disappointed that he did not go to Abe's wedding. She was like, Abe's married? She said yes, he got married the first week of August. That is three weeks before Labor Day, which means he was just coming back from his honeymoon when she saw him on the Parkway.

Since hearing this, she feel used, cheated and feels like like crap for the fact that she did that to a woman (she doesn't play that cheating mess) and want to do something about it.

Do you think she should tell the mutual friend, call Abe and threaten to tell his wife or just go on with the guilt?

My Opinion:

1. It is none of the mutual friends business
2. Threatening Abe will only cause more trouble for her
3. She should not feel guilty, she did not know he was <span style="font-weight: bold">married three weeks prior</span> some men!

4. I think she should respond to the next text he sends her, with something like:

&quot;Hello (insert any negative word you like here) I heard you got married in August, please lose my number and try honoring your WIFE&quot; (more negative words here)

Something somewhat similar happened to me some years ago. He was after me big time but I only saw him as a friend. We were never a 'thing'. He told me that he was dating a girl from other island and though she was 'aright' she wasn't what he really wanted, his mother didn't check for her blah blah. I told him to follow his heart. He still tried to tell me that if I would just give him a chance we could make it work blah blah...

I didn't see him for maybe three months but I heard through the grapevine that he was getting married. The <span style="text-decoration: underline">day after</span> he got married, he showed up at my door and tried to make a move on me. I lost all respect for him then. He said I already knew how he felt so it was no big thing. He said it would just be between him and I.

I had to shake my head cause even calling him a dog was having no effect on him. I considered telling his wife, but I didn't. After all nothing did in fact happen between us but I am sure as shyte that he's been sleeping around on his wife since then...

My take on your coworkers situation is: she didn't know he was married. So she did not knowingly hurt his wife. If I was her, I would just walk away from it all. Don't contact the wife, don't confront Abe, just walk away. She has nothing to gain by prolonging contact, even if it's just to trace him.

And telling the wife might not amount to anything and would only be viewed as being spiteful........she should just let it go and move on.

Thank you for all your responses which me sent to her. She said to say she really appreciate your kind thoughts and wish she had come here sooner.

She said she won't confront the Mrs.

She already call him but him never answered. She say she will call him til him answer and then she will give me a update.
