Aaaaagh! Men, what's up with onoo...

Why is it that the men in whom one absolutely no interest are the ones who always have the most interest? I hate having to hurt people's feelings but man oh man some a onoo persistent bad and insistent on knowing &quot; <span style="font-weight: bold">'WHY'</span> there is a lack of interest?&quot; Whare is one supposed to say ....you're too tall and bulky, you're too short....your face doesn't appeal to me at all....I am not physically attracted to you and never could be? That would be too cruel so I just mumble platitudes about I don't think it would be a good fit just like the Canadians do.

Seems that the more lukewarm one is the more interested onoo seem to become? Like what the heck's up wid dat? There was one tall and bulky one I met at a conference and you know im call de organizers and ask dem fe track me dung, call me and give me his phone number. Now this short one wants to go to dinner and movie AND concert the next day. I guess I'll just say I already have plans. Let's see, Project Runway is on one night and America's next Top Model on the Other

Seriously, I guess that's why some of the advice books tell women that if they are interested in someone they should act aloof. Such game playing.

Come to think of it, I have the same problem with cats and blondes. I don't care much for them eithr and they are ALWAYS coming around. Yup in a whole room full of people, they'll always make a beeline STRAIGHT for me.

That's funny, the last time I looked, I wasn't 6'5&quot; and bulky, extremely short, a cat OR a blonde.

Tropi`,you seem to have a very definite idea of who you would like to approach you,and who you do find attractive physically,however,life isnt like that,...it would be really nice if it really was like that,we have a certain type in mind,and blam !...they are there hitting on us.

I know you are a very attractive woman,and obviously have a certain type of man in mind,but sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs to get to your prince,but not all princes is going to fit your idea of physical attractiveness,in the end you may have to settle for a tall bulky guy who treats you like a queen,rather that one who matches your idea of physical attractiveness but turns out to be little less than an a-hole.

You're probably right but the idea of a midgit or a bulky giant touching me really turns me off. If I were a man I would say it leaves my <span style="font-weight: bold">EDIT </span> completely limp.

I overhear more and more women these days talking openly and saying that they have &quot;had it&quot; with trying to find a good man. I find more and more women are also openly discussing their curiosity about experimenting with a lesbian partner.

I'm not saying this is a solution in your case Tropi ... but it sure tells me that on the whole men are becoming less and less desirable to women or that women are becoming harder to please.

I hear that a lot too Milo but me never hear of any who has same-sex interest. This young lady who works on the Slave Ship with me is only 28 yrs old and she already give up on men.

Good man, is a very interesting saying. What a man might think makes him a good man might not be in line with what a woman thinks, and I am sure vice-versa. If so many men were good why are so many women giving up? I am not buying the high-maintenance/feminist story. Women been liberated a long time now, and them giving up on men is not that old.
