Yes, I was trying to find the video of that performance the ones on youtube not very good. she went into labor later that night or something like that.

not sure if he was born in Canada. his mother was american and his parents got married in new orleans. also, benjamin's band is based out of NYC. but a few months ago i heard that MIA was living in Montreal now, so i think she and baby daddy do spend a lot of time at the family homestead in Canada.

BTW, MIA puppa was an activist for the Tamil Tigers (I believe), so me really unsure why she hasn't so far lent her support/voice to the Tamil protests, which are now in their 4th day (and right outside my building - can't have meeting on some floors sakea the noise)
