dese people nuh like mi atall ahn das fine, but to systematically ah try at every turn fi undermine ahn harrass mi...mi nuh get atall.
mi do mi job (and very well...ascarding to dem), but as mi nuh renk wid dem...dem nuh like ei.
dem chat mi every chance dem get.
but mi nuh pay dem no mind.

today meeting was to mek mi know daht dem a try mek staffing changes fi next year. but since mi have seniority ova most (but 3) a mi dept...dem was asking me if mi would volunteer fi go elsewhere. but dem get ketch cah is mi one can teach di courses weh mi ah teach or dem haffi drop di classes.
di parents not gwine go fi daht....dem nu care if a mi teach di classes, but dem want di classes fi run or dem pickney salt when is time fi tek dem college credit exam next spring.
but backrah want mi out...cah mi nu &quot;seem happy here&quot;

daht done from long time.
but another school (in the jurisdiction) or another agency (a school in another jurisdiction) can only take me if they have the position.
moving to another school in this jurisdiction is easier (as i'd keep the same pay, benefits, etc.)...the courses...well that is another story.
the position has to be available.

now another agency (jurisdiction) would consider me way too expensive to hire.
why dem gwine hire me, when dem can get 3 less expensive smaddy to do the same job?
again arguing courses is another story.
