mi put out mi fielders...i am looking.
mi have until 7/1 to find next place and give notice and that is statewide.
if not i have to return to the same place in september for another year of the "fun"

The above is disturbing!! them doing the little mind games, you should notify the Union that the next time they do that you will file another grievance. I am assuming that they give you notice of meetings via email, so there is the proof that they did not send you notification bout the meeting.

When they say how come you go to the Carribbean so much and must be some illegal activities....those heifers are just jealous. Straighten them out fore you leave!! make it better for someone else if Rosa Parkes got fed up of all that ish, she took a stand.

ILP and another one just cause

I can see why it would be easier just to find somewhere else to work but the above two points are important.

Cutting off your nose to spite your face naah make sense either. You are happy and fulfilled in your position. It is just the foolishness others carry on that is making it difficuly.

I just hate to know you need to give that up and settle for something less JUST because of idiot ppl

Outside of the ppl, your job seems perfect for you. The question I have is with the union's help, is there any way to change the working environment or is this not possible?

ILP there is no perfect situation. if u leave dehso i promise u that u will run into some odda kinda BS. u just affi choose wah kinda BS u can/willing to live wid everyday.

i wouldnt move outa di jurisdiction if it was me.

I hear you and respect your stance.

Me didn't know the whole story but all me know is that me couldn't do it. Me believe that life too short to let other people steal my light. Me believe that God wouldn't take you this far to leave you, but you will know when you have reached your point of no return. It is not easy but all of this will make you stronger.
