Somebody that thinks they are hot and are not.
Or
Somedoby that thinks they are hot, and yeah...they are hot.

I would say the nots are worse. At least when dem hot and a pose off pon people, yuh have something pleasant to look at...even if they annoying.

This post makes me want to go downstairs and take a picture of this female who is about 6foot.. and 300lbs.. Never see her without a 3inch heel on..which makes her toes hit the floor and anykind of dress or skirt that hits her knees in the front.. and practically sticks in her hindparts in the back.. she has enough makeup to help out two other sistah and she loves white eyeshadow.. is this cool.. I don't wear makeup but I would think that was too light for her charcoal brickett skin. lets call it clown-like..claws for fingernals and jewelry on both arms, neck, ankle and 4 hole ears.

She has no problem telling you that she is a DIVA...

well confidence is very beautiful, so the nots get my vote...beauty being in the eye of the beholder an all that. I find arrogance ugly but that's just me

Me not even know what to respond to. We had someone like that working here...she did love wear belly blouse. And she too always reminded us that she was a diva.
