alright, dont think I dont understand how u feel cause been there and sooo done that....BUT to be objective with it all, because of how u feel about the woman, u are letting her run things for you.

u have to get to the point where u really feel like f her, and step pass. If ppl know u and know she is talking crap then why she bother u so much.....do your thing woman and dont let some b*itch dictate your movements with your own family like so.

if it mean u need to cuss her out one more time to do so then do it and get it out of ur system cause it seem like it still stuck in your craw what she has done.

i do think everyone here has good points, but i also know if it was me i would want husband to be respectful of my choice as the priority over the resta family. and let me come to it in my own time. he may not &quot;agree&quot; with me per se, but his wife's comfort level should be his priority, not what the resta family thinks or says.

If people push me i only gwine dig my heels in more, to exert my free choice in the matter.

if them easy with me and respect my choices, then i'm much more likely to also be easy, and think about the family-compromise thing.

sistacaf if this one person is preventing u from being around others u do like to be around and deal with, would u still avoid everyone just for the sake of this one (my question mark key is broken so imagine it here)

this is what i get from Skelly. that if it wasnt for this one person, she would still go (based on other things Skelly has posted about the situation)

so I guess as much as I cant stand ppl I dont vibe well, I hate having my actions dictated to by one person. That is when I turn b*itch and step pass then like they dont exist....because they dont in a sense. If i decide to write u off in my head....it is so written i dont see u anymore. period.

yeh sure, i do this too.

but sometimes i can't even bother. bein like that is a stress to me, in itself.

Sometimes i would rather stay out of it altogether, and stay easy and relaxed. there's plenty more parties and family gatherings to be had, another day i'd feel a different way and have a better time.

i see it as if i want to go somewhere and then I find out u are gonna be around and I change my actions because of this then letting someone elses presence keep me from doing something i want to do is still a form of being dictated to.

yep, i understand that as well

only difference for me is that it's my own feelings making my choice, not the other person.

yes, i feel a way <span style="font-style: italic">about</span> them - but nobody outside myself can 'make' me do anything.

they can only do what they do.

how i respond or react - that choice is totally up to me.
