Hi tanya, this is Chris from xyz property mgmt. John Brown (my roommate) gave me your name as a referece for an apartment he is looking to rent.


so that eeediat (my roommate) has made NO MENTION what so ever that he is looking to move

so though I will miss the extra income I will be quite happy to see him go a feel fi juss kick him out right now

So he came and told me last night that him moving out end a month...I said Oh this weekend? he said yes.
