On second thoughts, if this is of encouragement to even one person, it's worth my sharing. Remember, Black and White are not the only game in town and the Americas are not the only places on the planet. Figet the brainwashed Latin American men and North American raised White and Asian men. Dem a iditot. If you are in a position to do so MOVE or, at the very least work abroad for a while and travel. When you see that men of quality in other place are interested, it will boost your confidence and assure you that it is not you. Anyone who tries to convince you that there is no issue, just ignore them and don't discuss these matters with them. I

I have shared numerous other articles that say the same thing and CNN also highlighted this in a series. Remember, most Black men do marry Balck women in NOrth America. In the UK, I unerstand the majority of West Indian men don't marry Black women but a higher percentage of White men will marry Black women (38%). Black men who are educated don't automatically seek Black partners or educated partners but most Blackeducated men will seek a Black educated partner. There just aren't enough Black educated men to go around and if you live in a White community...you SALT! You will have to look elsewhere.

Well said Xavier. Those in denial want to deny that there is a problem no matter WHAT evidence is presented and how it mounts up.

The results of the OKCupid analysis do not surprise me. Remember the experiment I did and replicated. I creaeted 2 identical profiles on a dating site. Except for the names, photos and the race of the model, the profiles were IDENTICAL, yet the White (blonde) model's profile got so much attention that I had to end the experiment after 2 days in both cases as the mailboxes were full. The first time, when IM was activated, I had a great deal of difficulty navigating the site as instant messages from men just kept popping up. The Black model received a handful of responses both times I did the experiment.

In Norht America, like it or not, Black women and Asian men are at the bottom of the dating totem poll. No denial or attacking and shooting the messenger is going to change that. I remember one came on here and attacked me and was so lonely that she (a few months later) posted about whether or not she should consider a FWB relationships so that at least her needs would get met. North American raised men are a media brain washed useless bunch for the most part and Latin American men seem to be no better.

There is hope though. I went to a wedding this weekend and the man was of European orgin and the woman Jamaica. A Persian friend of mine has recently told me of 2 of his Persian freinds who have married Jamaican women. I popped into a Hungarian restaurant recently and was pleased to see that the wife was Jamaican and the husband Hungarian. A young man of Austrian heritage at my church is dating a Black woman. I gave his parents HUGE props. I spoke with his parents and they have raised their kids to focus on what really counts the character of the person and not the race.

So chin up ladies. Travel, work abroad and, as much as posssible, meet men who have recently migrated to North America. The less time they have spent here the better. Also, don't hesitate to date men who are younger than you as they will be likely to have fewer hang-ups wrt race. Good luck and don't let those who deny that there is an issue get to you or make you lose confidence in yourself or doubt yourself. Sometimes denial is the only way that they can cope and to face reality would be just too paniful for them. Most of all, remember, it's not you.

For the most part I can agree with this statement particularly the part about traveling and that younger men may have less hangups w/r/t race.
