Dear Pastor,

I personally don't like underwear. I can remember as a child my dad would always chase me and say "go and put your panty on." I never liked underwear as a child. Now that I am an adult, I only wear underwear when I am having 'my time of the month'. When I come to Jamaica, and as soon as the plane lands, if I have on underwear, I just have to find a place to take them off. If I don't take them off, yeast infection would kill me. If I don't bring money with me to Jamaica, I have to carry cream with me for the itching. It does not matter what kind of material my underwear is made of, that does not stop me from getting yeast infection.

I live in Canada and I can count on one hand, the number of times I wear underwear during the summer, especially because you know when it gets hot here in Canada, it is very hot.

wen mi move come a farrin dat was a real culture shocked to me. one girl weh mi hand wid dat summma(white pickney) tell mi seh dem (she and har madda) no wear draws summer time unless dem a wear a dress...and wen dem wear nylons dem no wear drawz needa...

a few weeks ago mi was talking to a co woker an we was discussing that long tight sweater wid the nylons...look...she ask mi if wen i wear dem if mi have on drawz so it look like is the norm fi some a dem ooman yah fi no wear no drawz....but den again...how far is a g-string from going drawzless

I think it may be a simple case of overuse of antibiotic/ antifungal.

The presence of Chlamydia is usually a symptom of the absence of the 'normal flora' which is the friendly bacteria, in the vaginal tract.

since the urinary system is sterile,the body protects itself by harbouring friendly bugs in that location.

these friendlies are destroyed every time one use antibio9tic either systemically, or locally.
And the common medical intervention does not include the replenishment of these friendly's .

as a result there are those people who have this perennial problem.

What their docs do is to treat and kill the offending bug, but not effect the preventive program.

So they keep doing the same treatment every so often.

One easy way is the use of good organic yogurt, both by being ingested and locally applied.
