So me and my coworker go into the kafe for breakfast today.
We order de food, then go into the checkout line to pay for it. I cash out first, then when he is about to pay....the guy behind him tells the cashier, it's ok you can put both our tabs together.

Coworker said no, i got mine...an de man insist and tell him say him have to pay for it..

everybody else in the line is lookin on like

so mi coworker accept the offer an we go back to our office an dem him start say him nuh feel right an don't want eat the food.

him tell the story to the rest of our team an dem immediately say de man a look a him

all mi know is dat when mi deh a gas station or grocery store an one man come say 'he got the gas' or whatever...mi know say a sumting him a look...he ain't just paying it forward

LOL. he's not a 'real' jamaican. I think his mom was from there, but him born an grow in Ohio and hates jamaica.
