Maybe he should have waited longer before he got married?
I wonder if there was anything relating to wifely performance/extramarital sex in their marriage vows.
...and he at least should have told her his plans to cheat, so she could have a choice whether to put herself "at risk" with him, or not.

That is true ..it could be that Tiger love the thrill and he is getting all this wanted/unwanted attention from the Wood peckers

On the other hand, I still maintian something was already awry before this. Maybe Tiger was getting weekly clubbings for things unrelated to sex and/or cheating. Who knows? But something led Tiger to this unscrupulous behavior. An absolute devoted husband would not go down this route IMO.
