If not, would you be offended if they accused you of being scornful when they ask you to, and you say no?

How would you explain your reason for not wanting to kiss them except the stating the obvious?

I work with this lady was about to get engaged. She's always complained about her guy who seem to have developed a permanent cough/cold. She said that she is at the stage where she "feels totally grossed out" by it and now has refused to kiss him (more than peck).

She said he is now accusing her of being scornful of him and is now giving her the "cold" shoulder (no pun intended) and is reconsidering the engagement. He told her that she is demonstrating to him that she doesn't really care about him and is scared that she might abandon him if he were to get really ill.

She said that she is extremely hurt and feels offended by his remarks, but just cannot bring herself to kissing him.

She's asked for my opinion, but I am not sure how to respond.

Offer to take him to the doctor out of concern perhaps?
When him coughing and carrying on offer so warm soup.
I think him woan feel dat way if she shows some care in other ways. Him can live widout di kiss if him si some a dat TLC

The issue is not his cold or allergy nor is it about her wanting or not wanting to kiss him. The issue is that he is a whining [self-censored] and she is hurt by this?? She should not marry this guy right now until <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">they</span></span> both grow up and start acting like adults.

First of all, mi would mek dem knwo str8 up say mi naw kiss dem and if a me sick, mi would tell dem say mi nuh waan dem kiss me either.

peck pon de cheek will do fine for me in either case.

Mi know smaddy like your coworker fiance an she betta lef him from now..no point in marryin someone u can't kiss or feel grossed out about kissing...him nassy mout obviously naw go change an de fact that him naw do nutten bout it except complain say she scornful ain't a good sign either.
