A lady called into a radio talk show with a gripe. According to her she is with her BF for over 4 years now. He got a promotion for higher paying job but it meant he had to move out of the state. He told her to leave her job and move with him and she could find a job when they settle in. She had no problem doing this because they had talked about a future together
After a while he was told he had to move again ..so again she had to quit this new job and move with him. After months of not finding a job at this new place she was desperate but not panicked – he was taking care of things.
Then for some reason [shi neva sey what reason] di man break it aff wid har and tell har sey im noh tink im waan sekkle down wid har as im did wance tell har.
Shi still neva have a job at this time and now she is telling the host of the show she is planing to sue him for lost wages and emotional damage and nuffer adder tings
Does she have a leg to stand on in this law suit? If you were the attorney in the case how would your argue against OR for her?
