maybe. it sound plausible. the psychological warfare is against the man as well, not just the other woman.

SO no haffi call and cuss out the other woman in order to gain the upper hand. SO may just be sending the other woman a message that the SO is solidly in position in the relationship with the man, and any thought that other woman has of displacing her may need to be re-thunk.

eem, mi a tread wata caw i am in some unfamiliar depths...

i imagine some men compartmentalize dem wife and dat relationship - dem value it even as demma cheat. however, the other woman may not have a sense of this, and a call from the wife/SO usually helps to make that clear. other woman may then decide if she want to continue with the man or wah.

as bizi say, nuff ppl a yaad live so. can think of at least one woman where her husband is a chronic cheater and i think she knows, but she says nothing about it because her position is clear, dem have the joint property and status, im don't disrespect her and as far as i know they continue to have and enjoy sexual intimacy.

My little cousin was in a relationship like that.

She and her 2 friends deh wid de same man an de man have him main ooman...an everybody knows about this.

Mi cousin days to spend with him were Tuesday and Sunday, if shi eva mek a call to him any other day is problem.
When de man dead...alla de matey dem go de funeral, but wifey (de main one/babymama) was the one weh get all de sympathy and sit wid de family, etc

none a de other girl dem couldn't dare say nuthin even after the man dead an gone
