Seriously though- In the world of data, there should never be an expectation of privacy. Data can be interrupted, downloaded, transfered, servers store tons of communication data for disaster recovery purposes so yes a lot of the information communicated via data is saved and can be used against you if you noh pon the up &amp; up. That is why prepaid cell phones are very common among criminals in the cop shows and in real life. Hard to trace.

the phone maybe yours but as soon as u hit send on the cellie you are using someone else's equipment to transmit and thus it becomes their property. That is part of the fine print which I think is B.S. - but that is just my opinion.

I think if this trend continues someone at some point is going to challenge the legality of it and make it a constitutional rights issue. Now I am no lawyer and dont know how it would be argued but I see this coming at some point because of the Big Brother thing that is being to happen.

Hopefully, it will be some cheating husband with deep pockets that can finance the fight to the Supreme Court

At some point the laws will catch up with technology but in the meantime it can be used against you. That is why people should always be careful of what they transmit.

That is what I thinking ..mi can udertsand the company PC cause yuh come a work come si it an noh yours.. But here you go buying a cellphone and dem a come tell yuh your business is THEIR business.
