With all the talk about cheaters..here is the flip side
Monique, Will and Jada and I think Janet Jackson have all signed up for an open relationship. For them if their partner strays that is NOT a deal breaker. They just want each person to be honest about WHO and WHEN.

Is anybody in here dat liberal? What unu tink bout dis prospect of making di man stray wance in a while if im want?

but interested in understanding the viewpoints of others that do allow this

I am less likely to kick the man to the curb now than I would have before for making that mistake. However, &quot;open&quot; means it is not a mistake and just an accepted part of the relationship.

If I care, I don't want to share.

Unless I for some odd reason get hooked up in a relationship with someone I don't care about, then I do not see open as an option. I can honestly say if I don't have feelings for you, I don't care who you sleep with long as you don't bring me no diseases.

she neva ask bout cheaters, she asked about OPEN.
cheating implies being HIDDEN or CLOSED, which falls on the side of dishonesty and deception. If both parties agree to be OPEN (to read: honest ) where is the cheat/deception
