credible enough to be hosting a "dating affair" I mean he's a great commedian but honestly does he have the authority to speak on why black women can't find successful black men?

I'm reading that he's hosting or has hosted (mi neva badda get too far into it cause mi cyaan badda)

i don't know - he wrote a book about it

but i do know - his old hair looked fake - like someone drew it on with a black crayon

and his bald look - looks fake too - like he's got a bald head clown thing on his head - too smooth

Maybe the answer to the alleged problem that black women have finding "a successful black man" lies in that definition.

i too am wondering that since success is based largely in part on one's mentality for e.g. I find a man who works 40,000 and lives comfortably within his means to be more successful than one who works 60,000 rolling on 20s in a merc and can't afford it on paper he may look appealing but he's hardly a success.

And what is success is it money? I think we need to re-evaluate what success is first.

And when we are searching for this successful black man what are they bringing to the table.

There are many things appealing about a man in other women's eyes which make me sick.

I could not stand him when he hosted Showtime at the Apollo, but later I found him hilarious on Def Comedy Jams.

I never read his book, but I have heard his morning show on the radio. The answers he has given made good sense and I agreed with him. So, I guess some combination of age and life experience have given him good common sense advice.

Who really is an expert in these matters? He may not be the best authority, but I do not think he is the worst either.

You know it was drawn on. They do that to give that dark crisp hairline. Don't let me find the video of an illustration.

His bald look is shiny and something is not right about the skin, but it does look better than the old style.

He has his own section/page in Essence on this topic. People write in to him about ttheor dating problems and he gives advise. I don't know what makes him qaulified but I will be the first to admit some of his responses are SPOT on. I agreed with him 99% of the time in the articles.

He was recently remarried I think and he says he drawing a lot from his failed relationships and the current marriage (which he seems to be happy in)
