Not sure how to receive this! First off, she has to wear it at all times, and then if the rapist gets 'caught', she has to 'face' him until the surgery is performed to remove him. 
(I assume it something that a woman woman would insert and remove at will, esp is she wants voluntary relations with a mate).
is a much better deterrent!
