Well I have a girlfriend who we have been tight since junior high. Anyway she in a committed relationship about three years now and confessed to me that she has never had an orgasm

So couple days ago she confided to me that she thinking of getting a G spot collagen shot ( i asked her what is that)... she said the G spot collagen injection is made to woman's G spot and is meant to increase sexual arousal and help her achieve orgasm easier.

Well I meant to ask her more about it but I could not contain myself and said at 27 years old you have never never achieved/reach an orgasm and me start laughing so she grabbed her stuff and left my house think she really mad at me saying you are so insensitive.

I have never heard of it, but it does sound like quackery. Maybe she's better off discussing with him what moves satisfy her. (I am making a leap of assumption that she meant she has never had an orgasm through vaginal sex and not just never ever at all.) If it is never ever at all, then she should save her money and buy a vibrator. Once she figures out what works, then have that talk with him.

I have heard about it. The doctor builds up the G-spot with collagen, assuring that it willbe found and stimulated.

I'm sure you'll be able to apologize to her for being insensitive. It is a touchy subject, but she trusted you enough to share it with you. Has she discussed other options with her doctor? Like Tulip said, maybe she should try other means before this drastic step, especially since many women do not have vaginal orgasms, but clitoral. Has she ever had one by hersel?f

Has she discussed this with her S.O. of three years? Has she tried to orgasm on her own? The collagen thing sounds too drastic to me for someone who is only in her 20s (presumably) and only in a relationship for 3 years

Also, don't believe the hype you see/read/hear from the media, movies included, about the female orgasm.

Does your friend like sex? Does she like pleasing herself and her S.O.? Is she turned on that way? These are all sexually pleasurable and may not necessarily lead to an orgasm.

What are her expectations regarding an orgasm? Does she think this is the ultimate sexual satisfaction? (It isn't.) This woman needs to get in touch with her own sexual self and some analysis before she chooses to do this surgical intervention.

BTW, there is recent research that the 'G-Spot' thing is really not fact.

G spot injection sound like some quack business a doctor came up with to get money. Your friend need to guide/coach her lover towards a fulfilling sexual experience. Maybe she not even know how to go about that....

I have tried discussing stuff like this in the past with her and she clam up or say things like stormmey you are terrible. People always say they do not know how we are so good friends...we are the exact opposite. Guess we compliment each other.

Anyway!! when she give me a chance to apologize for my crassness, I will <span style="font-weight: bold">try</span> and talk with her and mention some of the stuff you guys said here.
