Have a friend who had been going with a married man for a while. She couldn’t seem to break free from him it seems. He kept making those promises that would never come to fruition, and she kept trying to believe in them apparently.

She continuously called their house at around 4:00 in the morning (they have two children) a few weeks ago until someone was forced to answer the phone. She said she made professions of love and finally getting together. She told the wife that since she was not strong enough to end the affair herself then maybe she could stop it for her.

At any rate, I am way to selfish to share. Update, the man has not called her back so I guess the wife has laid down the law. I'm not sure it was the best idea ever but I think I would have wanted direct confirmation to as the wife.

Why direct conformation from the wife? Did your fiend not know all along he was making promises he could not keep? After all your friend knew they are married and had 2 children. Not many men will leave thier children, more so if they are babies to 18. PS Why did your friend pick a married man?

Tisha, I meant direct confirmation as a wife and not from the wife. It would cut out all the wondering and accusations if somebody just b ups their chest and says yes, he's cheating with me

As far as why she went with a married man, I guess she was just being stupid.
