I think TUlip is putting herself in the place of the deceived wife, and saying, she'd rather know for sure, rather than having suspicions, talking to hubby about it, wondering,, having that gut instinct, then getting a pplausible excuse of an answer, then seeing other flags, then second guessing, then...... Phew- it takes a lot of effort. So she;s saying she'd rather know for sure! even if its from the crazed lover.

So Tulip hows your friend doing now? Has she thought about why it took her 5 yrs to get to this point, and why onice again, this man's wife has everything she wants/needs, including the cojones to end the useless triangle that hubby created.

I had been thinking about changing the siggy. I'm pretty sure that when I put it in there, I was having a moment.

I do have strong opinions about everybody having their own so the fact that she even brought it up to me sort of indicated she was serious about stopping it. She did change her number a couple of times but still gave the new one to him. I suppose a change that didn't involve giving it to him would show true resolve. It kind of doesn't matter because he has her mom and close family members phone numbers. She says they don't know he's married.

Dear K gets exactly what I was saying.

I can't really say how she's truly doing. She looks a little lifeless behind the eyes. All I have said is that if you ever want a true life of your own instead of borrowing from this couples then you have to move forward. It will take more time to see if she will.

As for why it took so long, I really have no idea except he must have been saying or doing something she needed.
