Don't trust the team lead...don't trust none of them. Keep a log of what's been occuring. Keep every dealing with them at a professional level -- business only. Don't get into the personal or "water cooler" conversations with them. Do your job and do it well. Keep your emotional state while on the job together. Remember fi ask your hubby "how is his day" while you're unloading your work trials to him. Continue keeping him in the loop. Take your lunch breaks. As much as how you say you have 1 friend... try to digress from gossiping with her about the other folks in the office. Research other jobs and get the hell outta that one.
