Don't trust the team lead...don't trust none of them. Keep a log of what's been occuring. Keep every dealing with them at a professional level -- business only. Don't get into the personal or "water cooler" conversations with them. Do your job and do it well. Keep your emotional state while on the job together. Remember fi ask your hubby "how is his day" while you're unloading your work trials to him. Continue keeping him in the loop. Take your lunch breaks. As much as how you say you have 1 friend... try to digress from gossiping with her about the other folks in the office. Research other jobs and get the hell outta that one.

Now, how does Orville fit into the schema?

So I walked up the stairs to Orville's office, Marie was in there waiting with a frown, I slowly opened the door and Marie dragged me in and told me that I will NEVER see red again if I don't finish the story.

I am sorry everyone. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70394-bawlout.gif[/img] It is frustrating for me too b/c I have huge chunks of the story written already, just waiting to be posted. I come home and read it over and over again, trying to decide if any portion of it can be posted ... But everytime I look at it I feel the need to be super careful. Things are finally coming to a head between all parties involved and I have to watch every word I say.

Soon come with more.

If from home, why so worried? Aren't you allowed to share your story - that's you're right is it not?

Are you afraid your employer will use this against you?

Exactly what are you fearing? They can't stop you from talking or sharing ... ?
