The physical warfare was a long time coming. I don't think she thought I would ever resort to anything physical. I didn't even think that I would. I am usually the first person to run from a fight and cry [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img] before it even starts even if I am not involved at all.
At the end of the day we ended up in the parking lot at the same time. She made a smug comment about missing working with me [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img] and she muttered something under her breath about sleeping with people where ever I was going... That was it for me. Without really thinking I walked over to her and grabbed her by her pony tail and started punching her face in.
When the co-worker broke it up I had some scratches on my face and forearms and my hair had been grabbed and pulled on in a few sections but that was about it. Actually, my scalp hurt from where she managed to get a hold of my hair. I was surpirsed I didn't have a bald spot.
She just looked at me shocked and said I was a crazy badwurd as she was carried back to her car by the coworker. I got in my car and took off. Adrenaline was pulsing through my body and I was actually shaking. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70392-silly.gif[/img] I was also getting straight up scared that I was going to be sued or arrested. We talked about it and really he wasn't upset with me, more shocked, and we both stayed put all weekend, waiting for a police officer to call or knock on the door. I think he is still stunned that I punched someone in the face and was stupid enough to do it at work in a video taped parking garage. Remember, the garage has plenty of camera's in it... but somehow... there was no footage of the person hanging up the signs. Anyway, I was on edge for about 3 weeks before I realized that nothing was going to happen. I also learned that Caroline had put in her notice and that Amanda was taking leave from work, somehow I felt slightly justified.

Wow! I have to say I am surprised at your reactions! They even offered me a 3 day work from home schedule so I wouldn't have to deal with Amanda. It is all just so backwards to me. If you know she is a problem, why not fire her? Why bend over backwards to accomodate me when firing her would be easier? That company is wacky, or there is a lot going on there that I don't know about. Thank you. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img] I actually think the company was eager to hold on to me not just because I am good at my job but b/c they didn't want me to sue them. I would have, and still would be, within my legal right to sue for sexual harrassment.
