Hmm... it sounds like &quot;blame&quot; to me too.

Of course we all like to be adored, but I think it is dangerous to let your self concept be dependent on how someone else sees you. What happens if they break up? You're safer developing self love/confidence first and then the adoration becomes the gravy on top and not the source.
