They are not trying to say anything like what it comes across as and that is crass.
They are so out of touch with manners and how a civil or romantic man/woman relationship should be that they post just that portion of their anatomy.
They sure aren't posting their IQ scores.
I suppose that the culture has degraded enough that there are enough women who respond to this sort of thing or the pigs wouldn't be doing it.
