I have heard about men faking orgasms, and I suspect they do it for the same reason that many women do - bolstering their partner's ego once they realize &quot;it&quot; is not going to happen.

When people care about and communicate with each other deception is unnecessary.

So if faking an orgasm is the only way to deal with this, then you have way more problems on your hands than fatigue and having to wake up early....
