I have not read an accusation in this thread that is unique to black women.
Frankly, it just appears that black men in some countries are less likely to marry a black woman. I'll speak on the USA since that's where I live.
Men of other races seem to have no problem taking care of their women. They even take pride in it or don't give it a second thought as their duty
Many black men without two nickels to rub together seem to always be worried about a gold digger when they don't even have a nugget of gold to dig.
I think one of the basic things is that the balance of economic power and traditional gender roles has been thrown off track.
With other races, the man generally makes more money than the woman. That is not the normal case here so let it go. I guess on some level people must think it costs to be boss.
There are other areas that could be described as dysfunctional, but let's address the money thing first since it has been the central premise.

IMO a woman is quicker to take a man with kids than vice versa.
the sad reality is too many black women are having kids out of wedlock in their late teens and early twenties. Then once they get to about 27 28 ish and want to settle down it is harder for them than their peers (regardless of color) who is free single and disengaged.
