I was at the gym this morning and met up with a friend. the woman introduced me to her new boyfriend. she is about my height 5'7 (maybe 1/2' taller), but the guy she introduced me to was no taller than maybe 5'3, maybe 5'4.

I have done so before. my first boyfriend was 5'7" and I'm 5'9".
another ex was 5'8"...

I don't often wear heels generally. I'm already tall... I had worn 1.5" heels on a few occasions with the later guy I dated...

that's probably why you might find dating shorter men weird. most men are taller than you but for me they are mostly my height or somewhat shorter...
