So yesterday I got a phone call transferred to me (not sure why[img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img]) This guy lets call him Paul wants to complain about one of our field managers lets call him Peter. Now Paul has already spoken with Peter's area manager but was not happy with that so now her wants to speak withsomeone higher up. Now that would be Canadian Ops manager...let me check my business card...nope that's not me not even close to being me [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]

So anyways I spoke to Paul and he tells me how Peter drove past him at a 7-11 store and ....mi soon come

Anyhow...So Peter drove by Paul then called the company they are BOTH doing business for and said that Paul and his push were drunk on the site....

I listen patiently and explain to Paul that though I empathise with his situation I am not the one he should be speaking with. I said I would pass on his info to the correct person and THEY will get back to him.

Paul has now called me 7 times between 2:00 yesterday and 9:00 today [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img] and I sware to god the last few calls yesterday he did sound DRUNK.

So, now I am annoyed I did give his message to the op's guy but he is out in the field till Monday (which I told drunk Paul) So now I think I may have to drive the 7 hours to where drunk Paul is and kick him in the nuts [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70394-bawlout.gif[/img]
