You know those women who just can't exist widout a man??

She is in her mid 40's has 3 grown children and is in to flipping property.

Last year she broke up with the man she was dating because he would not quit smoking.

a month or so later she was on match.com and met "the one" (Nov 2010)

this summer she sold her renovated condo and moved into his place that he was renting.

together They purchased an over-priced dump in a higher end neighborhood that they plan to reno and flip in a 2 year time frame.

There were issues from the beginning and she chose to overlook them.

then when things escalated to the point where she could no longer overlook them they went to a counselor. one appointment together, then him alone, then her alone. The next together one is in a few weeks.

things are not going to work out based on his behavior, what the counselor said and the fact that he does not see that he has a problem.

And then there is the HOUSE.......

On the PLUS side, he was willing to go to counseling with her.

What is his issue that a) she cannot overlook? and b) counseling cannot help?

morbid jealousy or somting like dat. counselor seh it needs medicating but he does not see think he has a problem.

the man is just irrational.

example - one time he got mad because at church she moved out of the way of a family so they could enter the pew, he said she moved so the husband could get a better view of her behind.

he gets mad if she is 10mins late home and does not call, accuse her of having an affair.

Last night his nephew was at the house to help with the renos, she went and took a shower and put her dirty clothes in the hamper. He flew into a rage because her underwear was visible in the hamper and said SHE had done that on purpose so his nephew would see them and get turned on.

and many many many more similar things. call her a slut and whore and tings like dat in the rage.

see that's the thing, she put ALLLLL her money into this dump of a house.

She alone put up the down payment on the house.

They have completely redone the kitchen with brand new everything purchased on credit.

Neither one can manage the mortgage plus the debt by them self.

she just called me, said if he sends me any txt messages to save them for her to use in court it was obvious that she could not get into any details so I guess she will fill me in tomorrow.

He has to do something bad to her, first, to make a judge sign a restraining order.

She's in a bad spot.Too bad.

I still say she needs to worry first about her safety and GET OUT!! And money be damned.
