sittn like dis happen to the Italian prime minister last week. Go a function and tell pretty ooman seh if im never married areddy im wouldaan married har. Newspaper report it, di wife read bout it and get upset. ask husband fi apologize, im nain do it. so wife go a next newspaper and gie dem di story. prime minister had to write front-page apology inna di newspaper fi pacify him wife. and a very graceful letter it was, too, in the end.

man fi respect dem wife feelings.

from what i've read about that Italian PM...he's a man whore. i think they're both into public humiliation

and with the hubby...and his "joke" up there. Context is everything...if he's just joshing...and it's in private..yuck yuck...tee hee.

if he ever thought about saying that in the company of others...THAT would be disrespectful...whether a joke or not.
