Funny enough the first 4 I can answer YES to but the fact is, there is an unspoken rule that you need to give your SO some privacy. He or myself would never think of answering each other's phone for example. But if he did , it wudden bodda me

@ Skelly. Yes to all, if something happens to a spouse, do the social networking sites give access to the surviving spouse? I have a vague sens of a case where a soldier died overseas, and the wife was trying to get access to his emails and FB, and couldnt....

But then I have another case in mind where the wife learned thru her search of his emails and such that the husband was leading a double life, but maybe she didnt get access, maybe she just used computer memory (this last one mustve been an Oprah episode )- Both memories are blurry. Anybody??
