as you comeen yu know seh everyone has a million things for you to do or look at...

JY u should always find time for yourself. My husband has no problem doing so and when inclined I myself will take trips on my own.

An me always go JA widout hubby [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img] ....the thing is we like different things so where I would pick up an go a session every night den pon a Sunday morning after dance done mi go a country go look wan adventure wid mi frenz...him is jus laid back ...like fi siddung one place an hole a steadi medi...so mi know we would definately war over what fi do.

But now dat mi doing the Mommy thing mi nuh think it gwen be so easy fi pick up and leave like first time but mi will definately do something even if is just for a half day or so...just to get some me time.

so true, I value my alone time. Friends say am selfish because they want to come over and I say I doan want no company. Lawd mek mi invite yu na. I know one day in the distant future If I have spouse and kids all that will change.

That's how it goes. When you have people in your house or tons of friends calling you up all the time, you wish for solitude alot. When you have the solitude you feel lonely. Yes, the grass always seems greener.

My ex has his own place, no children and I often wondered how it felt for him to come home to a empty home every evening after work. He said he loved it. Honestly, on those days when I went there with him or got there before him after work and walked in it felt a lil lonely and I felt sorry for him. I have to admit I'd go to his house just to get away from the hustle and bustle of my own place but after a few days I missed the buzz.
