Maybe my choice of words is the problem. How about <span style="font-style: italic">"A dedicated, consistent and energetic application of all one's focus and skills to the issue, applied to one's fullest ability when allowed, and in such a manner as to physically embody and release the tension caused by the sexual drought which preceeded the event - which should effectively communicate to the partner the need for more moderate and frequent intervals..."</span> (?)
