So Halle's ex asked for and got custody support payments of 20Gs a month. He says it's to keep the kid living the life she's accustomed to living with her mother.

I'm thinking this is crazy! It would've been different if he had sole custody, but he doesn't! So Halle has to buy/maintain house for him for when the child's with him. He also wanted her to pay for the child to visit his family in Canada. He wants her to buy the child's clothes and everything else.

What's he bringing to the table???

that's how the law guh mi dear. is usually the men who mek more and haffi pay the mothers. she makes more suh now she haffi pay. the roles are reversed here but above a certain income it goes by % of combined salaries of both parties.

judges will look at lifestyle of the family unit BEFORE the split.

and award accordingly AFTER the split

to make sure the child maintains the same type of lifestyle no matter who she is with.

that means seh the little girl can't live in a mansion with round the clock security and then when she guh spend time with the fada, him have one 1 bedroom condo by 7-11, next to the freeway. was halle going to agree with that? I think not. (yeah the example mi use is kinda extreme)

i am not even sure why the child support issue ended up in court. Visitation was previously ordered by court so is not like it was up in the air, therefore why didnt she set up the other parent suh visits can take place to her and the child's standard.

she wants to move to france where they have better laws pertaining to privacy and papaprazzi, that mi can see being a battle in the coming months.

he seems to want to be in the child's life while she is at this age

he is a model but mi nuh know when last him work, and that kinda work can tek yuh away on round the world trips. that kind of work does not facilitate regular/structured visitation, so I suggest him guh tek up something else, like wedding photography or landscape design aka gyardener

If mi memba correctly, Halle did agree to continue to support (financially) Eric's child. Ascarding to her it was the right thing to do, as she knew the child from she was an infant. Not sure if she still doing that though. At least Benet still working.

He has to be working! Nobody's going to be minding his [censored]... I recall that he had wanted the prenup 'reconsidered' and had asked the court to grant him spousal support and that she should pay his legal bills. Damn freeloader...

Yeah, I too wonder if she's still supporting his daughter...

I still don't get this - Why should she pay spousal support when she was not even married to him and the child lives with her? What kind of a so-called man is that? If Halle has the child 5 days a week and Nyla goes to the father 2 days why should this woman pay this wutliss man to keep his own chile for 2 days? I don't get eh.
