he could have been emotionally unavailable even though he was physically present. that can wear a psyche down after a while..

a friend of mine here in the states divorce her husband for those reasons.. got a nice settlement too.

So since she take him child out of him proper accommodation and a bax bout cant he sue for immediate custody and get him pickney and make she gwaan bax bout.. Nunya I seeing your side and I want to think that's why mi couldnt get judge work cause right away since she leff and gone live with next man take way all of her entitlement in my book. The fact that relationship dont work and shi a bax bout shouldnt be his problem. Tek him pickney and get a nanny till him find a good ooman. she mussi think shi name macka diamond ...bout tek man pon him and run him ... outa orda.

She is a right mess right now. While her friends and family covered for her, they were apparently giving her an earful about how stupid she was being. I gather that she was feeling neglected (hang on a sec, can that be filed under the 'abuse' or 'compromised well-being' category? ) which is why she ran after the idiot.

She is not a mean or spiteful person. And while I know that stuff like this can change a someone, I'd be very surprised. But then again, I was surprised when I heard that she'd left while he was at work \o/ Mi nuh knoa yah....

Do you think the judge would take into consideration the fact that she withheld access to the child for three weeks and that he was only able to find out where the child was after he received papers?

But did she leave him for new man and then start bax bout when she find the grass not greener?
Ok so the relationship doesnt work for whatever reason you leave and when that dont work you think it is time to sue for alimony ... child support is always a non-issue from either parent so that I have no prob with.

btw, can the judge order couples therapy? The baby daddy is extremely bitter right now. Him swear up an dung say im nat even waa si har, so maybe that's a moot point...

That right there and the fact that she move out while him gone ... do not be surprised if a judge would give custody to the man. The fact that she not making any claims of abuse etc so she really don't feel threatened by him she just a try tek the man fi him things which she could have been entitled and I would have endorsed if she did do things the right way...

No a judge who tell the woman that she greedy when she carry the man go court as the amount the court awarded her was less than half of what he was already doing for his child ... and the good man he is he still took care of his child the way he felt compelled to do which included full payment of tuition etc for private school from kindergarten for his child.

that is sumtin they would decide before it go to court. new law in ontario trying to have these things settled by mediation before dem go court.

But what if he tries to ascribe <span style="font-style: italic">fault</span>? What if he accuses her of adultery? Then the whole no fault thing would go out the window, no?
