yes sleep or lack of it definitely impacts mood!! Cool temps for you too huh. I know another couple that have AC wars She's the one that loves it cold (usually the other way around I think). But she loves snuggling with his body heat and under blankies- the prob is that he wakes early for work, and is freezing while trying to get ready When he turns the air up, she then gets sweaty and miserable and is forced awake at his early hour too. yikes.

Dr friend recommended the melatonin... I only using occasionally as I have no desire to start a habit. I have had sleep issues for at least the past 3-4 years maybe longer... my iron deficiency anemia is a contributing factor ... takes forever to fall asleep even though I am as tired as hell and then I cant stay asleep. There are other issues which also affect my sleep which i wont put on the www. I will take get up if I dont fall asleep within 30 mins ... i can find something to do.

<span style="font-weight: bold">I feel revved up for all of about 15 minutes after working out. After that, I feel calm, relaxed, and amorous. That's why I try to avoid working out first thing in the morning on days that I know I have to bring my A game. </span>
