Funny you should all be discussing this, a couple days I go I found out that this woman that works in a restaurant I frequent used to be a man, I had no idea, and she was there talking with this guy we assumed to be her man. I guess it is working well for her!

No way in hell could they have the same feelings as women period. If they say they have the same feelings how on earth would they know. even though they don't have the same feelings and emotions like a real female, as far as the logistics of the operation is concerned, they can feel sexual pleasure. i saw this on one them Discovery channel sintings.....

when they do the operation from male-to-female, them remove the male parts, but the surgeon saves the skin around the *ahem*, and keeps it attached to the body; they just take out the interior parts. This preserves all the nerves, etc. Then they turn it 'inside out' to create the new 'female' part. All the sensitive skin from the *ahem*, and the nerve endings are still there, but on the inside of the new woman's body - so apparently them can still feel sexual pleasure since the entire length of the 'new' vajayjay is made from the skin & nerves of what used to be the *ahem*, with all its sensitivity intact.

I don't care what kind of pleasure they are feeling it's not the sane feelings as women have.
