can a man say something that would open you up to possibly getting together...or are they useless...or does it depend on how creative the line is?

Personally I like sarcasm...for example I was at a sports bar on Sat. dragged there to watch the hockey and basketball game by my current paramour. He was off playing pool so I sat with my back to all the TV's reading a newspaper, this guy came up to me and his first line was "I see you are enjoying the hockey or is it the basketball that has you entranced" now if I had been there single his line would have totally worked [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

sure enough, the same thing happens:
