You totally correct. And mi relate the epicsode to the only person a work mi consider a bredren-ish. (and thats cause him a Cuban and him some what hortical)

I agree, there is a total double standard!!!

I have been assaulted by a woman at work and it was seen as just joking around. Had it been a man assaulting a woman in such a way it would have been cause for dismissal (and more).
