No but explain dis...unoo si ooman wid her young pickney inna stroller a walk and unoo still waan chase di tail? A coworker of mine (he's Puerto Rican) was reasoning one day with me and he said back in the day if a man saw a woman with a child she was treated with respect and not hooted at...but now man see ooman wid pickney and dat nuh stop dem from look dem.
