She Lied...He Died...

She told him that she had been diagnosed with AIDS, and because they've been having unprotected sex, it is more than likely, he also has it.

She did it just because she didn't want him to "fool around" on her. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif[/img]

Well guess what? He jumped in front of a train last Saturday and ended it...He was 35 and FIT. Who knows what was going through his head? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif[/img]

His action was not only shocking but very unlike him.

There's been rumors that this "woman" has done several things in the past to "hold" him...even down to witchcraft and attempted poisoning. He has tried to leave her but seemingly, couldn't. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img]

He probably felt like "to hell with it"... [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img]

He left two notes. One to his boss and one to his parents.

His boss works here, hence the revelation. She also had to read his emails (from the company laptop) and provide information to the police, which has uncovered some of the mystery.

I dont think the aids lie is what caused im to go over the edge.. there were seriously other issues going on.

Well, you could be right, but who knows?

Someone here said that "he did it because he wanted it". I personally find that too creepy to comprehend.

The questions that I can't get out of my mind are:

Why would anyone want to make such a rash decision?

How does one rationalize at that point?

Is it possible for one to change their mind after getting to that stage?

The people who've changed their mind about suicide, were they actually at that stage?

I agree, but is that possible? Would that stand up in court? Didn't he make the decision to do it? I could see if there were no "notes", but...he took the time to write about it.

if the prosecuter could convince the jury that she pushed him to suicide, she can get manslaughter.
Maybe he didn't get tested because he was scared to or maybe so much was going on at one time he couldn't take it anymore.

It is a little bit worrying that it never occurred to him to get tested and that he saw being HIV positive or having AIDS as an inevitable 'death sentence'. That a grown [censored] man who chose to have unprotected sex should respond in this way shows a shocking lack of maturity and willful ignorance. She can't be held responsible for that. She is a lying toerag and it is a shame he didn't know that.
