I agree w/ the living w/ parents thing to a point. I just feel fi you are above 30 you should be somewhat financially stable.

My turnoffs are

1. Poor hygiene
2. lean shoes
3. dirty shoes, fingers, toenails
4. Talk w/ mouth full (general etiquette)
5. Lack of sense of humor
6. Men with children
7. Men with multiple baby mommas and children
8. Messed up finances

Off the top of my head:

Stink Breath
The way they chew
Tell to many untruths
Overly aggressive sexually

As for living with his parents if for care giving reasons it wouldn't be a turn off but a huge inconvenience therefore I'd probably back off.

Hey, some women don't mind dat, well, minus the 'bikini' part. Around and below is 'clean' while the top is left for, shall we say, artistic expression. And you could put all kinds of shapes and patterns there; use your imagination. A woman's well-manicured pubic area is a major turn-on for me. I don't mind doing some of the 'designs' myself. Some women are pleasantly surprised, to say the least, at the sight of that on a man as well.

But, different strokes for different folks. "Pubic hair styles/designs" would be a nice topic.
