She hasn't told him her age and he is falling...fast.

she is getting nervous, because it wasn't meant to be "serious", but they are both single and disengaged.

Any suggestions on what she should do?

And what is wrong with that??? I see 40 yo men wid 24 yo women so why is there an issue with the reverse? Unless the 29 yo man wants kids but even that is not so much out of the question? I personally don't find anything wrong with it, especially if he isn't worried about it.
