They were at their highest peak of passion one evening when he decided to come "clean" to show just how much he loved her. He said he did not want there to be any secrets between them...

He told her that up until they got engaged,(six mths ago) he's had a serious crush on one of her family members. She thought that was sweet at first but now, it is killing her because she wants to know who it was/is.

She doesn't want to reopen the conversation, because she wants to let bygones be bygones and not appear to him to be jealous.

I too, found that peculiar. A crush is just that I told her..."but isn't that where it all begins?" She asked.
