If a close cousin of yours had been seeing this guy for a couple of weeks, you find out that the guy and his family are always in some kind of trouble. Other family members tell you that you should warn her to get out of it.

why don't you spend some time with them and judge for yourself if he's a stand up guy...what you're wanting to share is sounding like rumor and gossip. not really fair to him or her if you don't really know him.

What if the stuff being said is just pure badmind? What if there are details being left out of the story-telling?

No my dating cousin gave me his last name telling me that he has a big family so I may have gone to school with one of his younger brothers and sisters. I'm from a small town so everybody knows everybody when my cousin figured out who it was I was told I should tell her to be careful with these people.

They have been known to be physically abusive to women and they are mixed up in badness and have physically harmed people. I'm the one closet to her but I can't tell her all that I've found out or who told me this cause love can be stupid at times and she may run and tell him. But on the other hand if she gets in too deep and something happens it wold be messed up if I didn't try and warn her. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img]

It should be your moral obligation fi tell any who is entering a potentially dangerous situation about it. Yes she should have done a bit more research but many of us don't have whats common, and thats sense. Its call common sense because everyone should have it but it seems some of us forget to sign for it.

The 3rd party are 2 of my our cousins, where this older guy is from my aunts would have gone to school with him. It seems like all of us have been to school with their family, I didn't ask any of my aunts but was told I could ask them as well. I moved from Virginia since I was 18 so I don'ty know what's what. My other family still lives there that's how they know. He has a huge family so I went to school with a couple of his younger brothers. One of my cousin's reminded me of them, right away I remembered them they were always loud and obnoxious. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70374-lipsrsealed.gif[/img] If one got in a fight with someone the whole doggone family would show up to the school, in those days they though of nothing to stab or cut somebody. My dating cousin wasn't raised in the same area as we were, her mom is German and married my uncle when he was in the army. Out of all of our cousins I'm the closest one to her.
