come ons in the workplace? In a PC country like the good ole US of A one has to be very careful about interactions with coworkers as a simple friendly gesture may be misinterpreted as sexual harrassment. But, how do you handle blatant outright flirting, which is inappropriate considering the professional work environment? Do you laugh it off, explain to the person that they are making you uncomfortable and you do not think it is appropriate, or run to your supervisor?

Re: How do you handle
Yep, what Biggah said. That is the very first thing you are supposed to do. Also, document everything. Include times dates etc. If after the person is told to back off they do not back off, report them to bossman. Go right to the top. The one that signs your paychecks. Using the human resources might just be a waste of time. That move is usually pretty effective. Let them know you have written documentation but do not hand this documentation over to them. The first thing they will do is ask you for it. That information would be for a lawyer should you need to file a harassment suit. Contacting a lawyer is pointless unless you have done the above first. Meanwhile, you would be wanting to seek new employment because conditions in this particular place are bound to go down hill.
